We help you get control of repo, hosting, domains, and any critical accounts. Developer disappeared? We guide you through recovery and what to do before anything else.
Audit & understand
We review the codebase and give you a written report: what works, what's broken, what's missing. You decide with data whether to fix, continue, or rebuild.
Stabilize & document
We fix critical issues, add basic docs and runbooks, and get the project to a state where a new team (or we) can work on it. Most takeovers are stable within 1–2 weeks.
Continue or rescue
After takeover, we either continue feature work and maintenance or run a full rescue (performance, security, refactor). We'll recommend what makes sense.

My developer disappeared — can you take over?
Yes. First we help you secure access to code, hosting, and domains (see our developer-disappeared guide). Then we audit, stabilize, and take over. Most handoffs are stable within 1–2 weeks.
How much does it cost to take over a project?
Audit: free. Taking over and stabilizing: typically ₹2L–₹6L depending on codebase size and issues. Full rescue or major fixes: ₹5L–₹15L+. We give a clear estimate after the audit.
How long until you're up to speed?
We aim for 1–2 weeks to stabilize: access secured, critical bugs fixed, basic docs. Then we can continue feature work or deeper rescue. You get a timeline in the audit report.
What if the codebase is a mess?
We'll say so in the audit. We'll recommend fix vs rebuild and cost ranges. If it's salvageable we'll take it over and improve it. If it's not, we'll tell you and suggest a path.
