Your developer left. Team disbanded. Or you need a new team to continue. We take over software projects every month: we help you secure access to code and hosting, audit what you have, stabilize it, and then either continue development or fix what's broken. We start with a free technical audit so you know exactly what you're getting into.

Secure access, understand the codebase, stabilize, then continue or fix.
We help you get control of repo, hosting, domains, and any critical accounts. Developer disappeared? We guide you through recovery and what to do before anything else.
We review the codebase and give you a written report: what works, what's broken, what's missing. You decide with data whether to fix, continue, or rebuild.
We fix critical issues, add basic docs and runbooks, and get the project to a state where a new team (or we) can work on it. Most takeovers are stable within 1–2 weeks.
After takeover, we either continue feature work and maintenance or run a full rescue (performance, security, refactor). We'll recommend what makes sense.
We review your codebase and give you a written report: what you have, what's salvageable, and what it would cost to take over and stabilize (or fix). You decide with data.
The audit costs you nothing. 2–3 days. You get findings and recommendations whether you hire us or not. No obligation.
Developer gone, team left, agency folded. We've taken over 50+ projects. We know how to secure access, audit fast, and get you to a stable state.
Get a free technical audit. We'll tell you what you have and what it would take to take over and stabilize — no obligation.
Yes. First we help you secure access to code, hosting, and domains (see our developer-disappeared guide). Then we audit, stabilize, and take over. Most handoffs are stable within 1–2 weeks.
Audit: free. Taking over and stabilizing: typically ₹2L–₹6L depending on codebase size and issues. Full rescue or major fixes: ₹5L–₹15L+. We give a clear estimate after the audit.
We aim for 1–2 weeks to stabilize: access secured, critical bugs fixed, basic docs. Then we can continue feature work or deeper rescue. You get a timeline in the audit report.
We'll say so in the audit. We'll recommend fix vs rebuild and cost ranges. If it's salvageable we'll take it over and improve it. If it's not, we'll tell you and suggest a path.
