Discovery call
A free 30-minute call. You describe the product, the users and the deadline. For an existing app, we start with the free audit instead.
Fixed quote
You get one fixed price for the agreed scope before work begins. No hourly billing, no open-ended estimate.
Milestones
Larger projects are split into milestones, and you pay as each one is delivered. A focused scope ships in about two weeks; larger projects run in two-week phases.
You own it
100% of the code, docs and deployment access are yours. Post-launch support is included. When you are ready, you can hire the engineers who built it.
What moves your quote inside the range
Two projects with the same name can cost very different amounts. These are the factors that decide where you land.
Scope
The number of core flows, user roles and screens. A single-flow tool sits at the low end. A multi-tenant product with admin and billing sits at the high end.
Integrations
Payments, ERP systems, third-party APIs and existing backends. In B2B and industrial e-commerce, ERP complexity is one of the main factors.
State of existing code
For rescues, takeovers and AI-built apps, the audit decides the price. How much is exposed, how much is salvageable and whether part of it needs a rebuild.
Data and catalog size
Data migration, catalog size, customer-specific pricing and report complexity. More data and more rules mean more work to build and test.

- Your budget for build work is below ₹2L (approx. $2,100). That is the bottom of our published ranges. The free audit is still yours if you have an AI-built or stalled app.
- You want hourly billing or open-ended staff hours. We work on fixed quotes for an agreed scope.
- You need a stack we do not use. We build in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL, deployed on Vercel or AWS. If your project needs something else, we will say so on the call.
How much does a software project with Hunchbite cost?
It depends on the engagement. Our published ranges start at ₹2L (approx. $2,100) for security hardening or a project takeover, ₹3L–₹6L (approx. $3,200–$6,300) for a focused MVP, and go up to ₹35L (approx. $37,000) for a full custom or industrial e-commerce platform. Audits for AI-built apps and rescue projects are free. You get one fixed quote after a free 30-minute discovery call.
Do you bill by the hour?
No. We give a fixed quote before work begins. You know the number before we start, and it does not grow because a task took longer than we planned.
What happens if I want to add something after the quote?
The fixed quote covers the scope we agreed on. If you want to add scope, we quote the addition before we start it, so there are no surprise invoices.
How do payments work?
Larger projects are paid in milestones, set out in the proposal, so you pay as working software is delivered.
Which currency do you invoice in?
We invoice in INR or USD. Our ranges are set in INR. The USD figures on this page are approximate, at ₹95 = $1, and your proposal states the exact amount in the currency you are invoiced in.
Who owns the code when the project is done?
You do. You own 100% of the code, the documentation and the deployment access. Nothing stays locked in our accounts.
Is the audit really free?
Yes, for AI-built apps and rescue projects. You get a written report on what is exposed or broken and what it takes to fix, and you keep it whether or not you hire us. A standalone code audit with no follow-on work is a paid engagement at ₹1.5L–₹3L (approx. $1,600–$3,200).
Is support included after launch?
Post-launch support is included. Ongoing maintenance is available after that. We quote it based on what your product needs, because there is no single maintenance package.
How long does a project take?
A focused scope ships in about two weeks. Larger projects run in two-week phases, and each phase ends with working software you can review.
Can I hire your engineers in-house later?
